Shipping policy
Frizione Racing Club is not responsible for any packages after the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered. We will not replace or refund orders that are delivered but not collected by the customer so please do your do diligence to be available for the delivery of your package or have a secure and discrete location for the carriers to drop off your packages. We don't cover porch piracy.
All claims about shipping and delivery quality will require photographs of the package being opened for the first time. If the customer accepts a damaged package we are unable to issue a refund. It's the customers responsibility to document the package at the time of delivery if it's condition harms the contents of the package.
If the products are torn, damaged, cut, or broken by the carriers please document the quality of the product, contact us immediately, reject the package, and return the product to us and we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund excluding the cost of the shipping.
